WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?

DO YOU ACCEPT INSURANCE?
We do not accept insurance, but check with your health care provider regarding HAS AND FLEX account qualification. In many cases, our prices are so good that purchasing from us is less than your deductible plus add-ons mandated by insurance carriers.
CAN I PUT PRESCRIPTION LENSES IN ANY FRAMES I BUY?
All of the optical (non-sunglass) frames that we sell can be fitted with prescription lenses. You can purchase single vision lenses from us, or buy just the frame and have it filled by your own optician. However, there may be some limitations where strong prescriptions or progressive lenses may not be recommended. Please contact

WHAT IS YOUR WARRANTY POLICY?
If within one year of purchase your frames become defective due to a manufacturing issue, we will:
1. Replace the frame if available
2. Repair the frame to your satisfaction or
3. Offer you store credit valued at your original item's purchase price towards another frame and make new lenses if necessary.
